  1. Hero herb Spearmint Mentha spicata Cool, bright and fresh. Our hero herb, and the reason Cycle Tea exists. Traditionally used in women’s wellness for generations, spearmint is the heart of every cup.
  2. Rose Rosa damascena Delicate and floral. Traditionally used in women’s wellness rituals to promote calm and emotional wellbeing, because looking after your mind is part of looking after your body.
  3. Chamomile Matricaria chamomilla Soft, honeyed and calming. Traditionally used to promote relaxation and restful sleep, the foundations of feeling like yourself again.
  4. Lemon Balm Melissa officinalis A gentle lemony lift. Traditionally used to ease everyday stress and support relaxation, helping you make space for calm in your day.

Add one tea bag to your favourite cup, pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. Add a drizzle of honey and a squeeze of lemon to taste.

Cycle Tea is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It's a daily ritual made with a blend of specifically chosen herbs that are traditionally used in women's wellness.

Please check with your healthcare practitioner first. Cycle Tea contains licorice root, which isn't suitable for everyone.

Cycle Tea was created here on the Sunshine Coast. Our blend is made and packed for us by our tea partner in China, then sent home to us to send out to you.
