Refund policy

Because Cycle Tea is a consumable product, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email ovali@ovali.com.au within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
